Internal Communications Executive

Our Marketing and Business Development team plays a central role in driving the firm’s strategic growth ambitions. Comprising 28 dedicated professionals, the team has been recognised as a finalist for Best Business Support Team at the British Legal Awards in both 2024 and 2025, reflecting its impact in delivering commercially focused and innovative BD initiatives across the firm and a testament to its collaborative approach.
The role
We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to support the delivery of engaging, high-quality internal communications across the firm.
Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager and wider Marketing and Business Development team, you will play an important role in helping to deliver communications that keep colleagues informed, connected and aligned to the firm’s priorities.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a creative mindset and an interest in building a career in professional service communications. You will be involved in creating content across a range of channels, supporting campaigns and helping to ensure our communications are clear, consistent and impactful

Working Arrangements
The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy, enabling employees to work from home (or another UK location) for up to 50% of their time.
