Our Marketing and Business Development team (shortlisted as Best Business Support Team 2024 and 2025, British Legal Awards) comprises of 28 dedicated professionals who play an integral role in the communication, engagement and execution of the firm’s Strategic Plan. 

 

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our thriving Marketing and Business Development Department. The role will support our Senior Client Experience Manager and Business Development and Marketing Director to focus on building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that our service offering meets their needs today and in the future. 

 

The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for up to 50% of their time. Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client data reporting requirements, utilising various systems, including Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Provide and present data on the firmwide client and referrer programmes for use by the internal comms team.
  •  Support the client team in delivering and tracking the firmwide client feedback programme comprising of online surveys and in-depth interviews.
  •  Oversee and update client data within the firm's CRM systems.
  •  Conduct necessary research and preparation for client meetings and strategic planning.
  •  Assist in compiling client service related reports and marketing materials for client distribution.
  •  Work with the client team to facilitate firmwide client initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and data tracking.
  •  Collaborate with the client team to develop best-in-practice resources, including training documents and training sessions, tool kits and presentations for lawyers.
  •  Organise and participate in internal meetings, including the production of comprehensive meeting notes.
  •  Assist with admin tasks and ad-hoc queries and requests from fee earners in relation to client feedback, client relationship building and client service initiatives and the client and referrers programmes.
